Refund Policy

Overhear on overhear.dev is paid for with prepaid credits, bought in packs on the pricing page. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel, and credits never expire.

Unused credits

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email info@overhear.dev from the address you bought with, with the order number from your Creem receipt. We refund the unused share of that pack to the original payment method through Creem, usually within 5 business days.

Used credits

Credits already spent on scans are not refundable: each one paid for a search that has already run. A failed search uses no credits.

Welcome credits

Free welcome credits are promotional, have no cash value and are not refundable.

Payment processor

Purchases are processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Rotermanni 14, 10111 Tallinn, Estonia) as merchant of record. Refunds are paid out by Creem.

EU consumers

This policy does not limit your statutory rights. By buying credits you agree that the Service starts immediately, and your right of withdrawal lapses for credits already consumed; for unused credits it is honoured through the refund above. See Terms of Service, Section 10.
