Both skills need the MCP server connected. They never post a reply for you, and they only add keywords when you ask.
Install
Save each file into your skills folder:
Use overhear-leads in place of overhear-mentions for the lead skill. Claude Code picks skills up on the next session.
Download the SKILL.md, put it in a folder named after the skill, zip the folder and upload it under Settings → Capabilities → Skills.
