X (Twitter) monitoring

Hear what X says about you, tagged or not.

Most posts about a product never tag it. Overhear searches X for your keywords every hour, drops the posts that don't contain them, and puts the ones that need a reply at the top.

Notifications show only tags

X tells you when someone tags your account, not when they mention your product by name.

Saved searches don't sort

A search column shows everything, in order. The angry customer and the spam bot look the same.

Posts move on quickly

A post is most visible in its first hours. Answering a day later reaches almost nobody.

How Overhear does it

Hourly keyword scans

Every brand keyword is searched on X every hour, competitors every 6 hours. Scan now runs one immediately.

Only real matches

Posts whose text or link doesn't contain the keyword are dropped, and each post is stored once.

Sorted by Claude

Praise, complaints, bug reports, questions, buying intent and misinformation, each with sentiment and urgency.

Mute authors

Mute an account and its mentions disappear from the project; list your own handles under Ignored authors.

Testimonials from praise

Save a kind post and it becomes a quote on the Testimonials tab, with the author and a link.

Alerts and webhooks

Email for what needs action, or every new mention as a signed POST to your own endpoint.

What it costs

One keyword on X only, every hour: about 1440 credits a month, $2.40 at the $10 pack rate.

Prepaid credits, no subscription, no keyword cap. Credits never expire and a failed search costs nothing.

Questions

Does Overhear use my X account?

No. It searches public posts on its own and never posts, likes or follows for you.

Can I monitor only X?

Yes. Turn the other sources off per keyword under Keywords; a source that is off costs nothing.

What does a scan of X cost?

Two credits per search, and a failed search costs nothing. New accounts start with free credits, no card needed.
